Refund Policy

1. Our Guarantee
We want you to be satisfied with our services. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund process.
2. 14-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided the service has not been substantially used. "Substantially used" means you have actively used the core features of the application beyond initial setup and exploration.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- You will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- No partial refunds are given for unused time in the current billing period
4. How to Request a Refund
Email brendan@b-systems.ee with:
- Your email address used for the purchase
- The app or service you purchased
- The reason for your refund request
We will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method (Mollie).
5. One-Time Purchases
For one-time purchases (lifetime access), the same 14-day refund window applies. After 14 days, one-time purchases are non-refundable.
6. Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted in cases of: (a) violation of our Terms of Service; (b) chargebacks filed without first contacting us; (c) repeated refund requests (refund abuse).
7. EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. This right is in addition to any other refund rights described above.
